When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type — your name, phone number and email address if you give them, the service you're interested in and your message — plus any photos you attach.

If you choose to send your enquiry by WhatsApp or text message, that message goes from your phone to Paul's and is handled by WhatsApp or your mobile provider under their own privacy terms.

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you advice and a quote, and carry out any work you ask for. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Enquiries and photos are stored securely with the website's hosting provider and can only be seen by Paul. They're kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and the lettering by Google Fonts; Google may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when these load.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted at any time — just ring or email Paul. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
